LoveThatImprovVO - Cancellation Policy


All cancellation communications should be delivered (from us and from you) via email,

to or from Rebecca@LoveThatRebecca.com and Assistant@LoveThatRebecca.com.


LoveThatImprovVO will strive to run workouts, classes or workshops as scheduled.


Purchase of any services provided from LoveThatImproVO means you accept this policy.


If you cancel:

Please be sure of your availability before signing up. We have a limited number of spaces available and we keep group sizes limited on purpose to give the maximum amount of attention to each participant. If you have an emergency and you absolutely can’t make your scheduled service, please inform us ASAP via email.


Class or workshops: You may cancel up to 10 days before the start date to receive a full refund. Any cancellation made less than 10 days before the start date will not receive a refund.

The first time you cancel, fees can be applied toward the next scheduled class/workshop. After one reschedule, if you cancel or want to reschedule again, you will have to purchase a new registration.


Group workout registrations: You may cancel before commencing the workout month/term. Fees are non-refundable if the month/term has commenced for the month/term purchased.


If we cancel:

There are times when weather or other circumstances beyond our control cause us to cancel or reschedule activities. Should this happen, we will give you as much notice as possible.


For any class / workshop, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event up to and including 5 days before the scheduled date. If LoveThatImprovVO cancels or reschedules a class/workshop within 4 days of the class start date, we offer you a choice to receive a full refund, or you can apply paid funds towards the next available class/workshop. This does not apply to weekly workouts. Please see next paragraph regarding workouts.


Workouts are guaranteed to offer 3 workouts minimum per month, so if we fall below that in any given paid month, your fees will be refunded for that month. As long as we deliver 3 workouts per calendar month, we reserve the right to offer no more than 3 workouts within a calendar month. We will do our utmost to avoid cancellations and provide consecutive weekly workouts as much as possible. If a cancellation is deemed necessary, we will alert you as soon possible.


In all of these events, we cannot be responsible for ancillary expenses incurred, exclusive of our fees.
